液压助力转向系统的仿真分析

摘    要:综合考虑汽车液压助力转向器中的机械子系统与液压子系统,将二者结合到一起,建立汽车液压助力转向器的数学模型,并建立汽车液压助力转向器的Matlab Simulink仿真模型.对液压系统供油量、扭杆弹簧的刚度和转向油缸工作面积选择不同的参数进行仿真;并对仿真结果进行对比和分析,结果是系统的供油流量和油缸活塞面积对齿条位移的动态响应影响比较大,而对扭杆刚度的影响比较小.

Abstract:The mechanical subsystem and hydraulic subsystem in hydraulic power assisted steering gear of automobile are analysized in detail. By combining both systems , the mathematical model for hydraulic power steering gear of automobile is established. In addition, the Matlab Simulink simulation model is presented. Different parameters of hydraulic oil feeding, bar spring stiffness of servo-valve, and effective area of cylinder piston are selected in simulating programming. It is found from simulating results that hydraulic oil feeding of steering system and effective area of cylinder piston have more effect on the rack dynamic response of steering gear than the stiffness of bar spring stiffness of servo-valve.
