低散热柴油机燃烧室零件的优化设计

摘    要:对影响柴油机燃烧室零件传热损失大小和热负荷高低的若干因素进行了研究.利用有限元方法模拟计算了燃烧室零件温度场和热流密度分布,并进行了实验测量.针对改变结构设计和冷却方案的不同情况进行了热负荷和传热损失的对比分析,并分析了燃烧室壁温变化对柴油机性能的影响,提出了低散热柴油机燃烧室零件的优化设计思想和方案.

Abstract:Dealt with are factors affecting the heat loss and thermal load of combustion chamber components.The finite element method is used to calculate the temperature field and heat flux distributions of the components, and the results are experimentally verified. Comparisons are made of thermal loads and heat losses for various structure designs and cooling schemes, and the analysis is made of the effects of the wall temperature on diesel engine performance.Finally the optimum designs are presented of combustion chamber components.
