流化床制取CO的试验

摘    要:在常压流化床装置上以CO2和O2为气化剂进行热态试验.在不同的运行条件下,以镇江铸造焦和华亭长焰煤半焦为原料进行了试验,考察了煤种、氧的体积分数和反应温度对CO产率的影响.结果表明,在相同操作条件下以长焰煤半焦为原料获得的产品气中CO体积分数大于85%,明显高于以铸造焦为原料获得的产品气中CO的体积分数;操作温度是影响CO2转化率的重要因素.

Abstract:Experiments with CO_2/O_2 gas were carried out in a fluidized-bed reactor.Under running conditions,Zhenjiang foundry coke and Huating long-flame coalite are used as raw materials for the experiment.The effects of coal type,oxygen concentration and reaction temperature on CO yield were investigated.The results show that,under the same running condition,CO derived from long-flame coal coalite is over 85%,which is obviously higher than the product gas derived from foundry coke and the operating temperature is an important factor affecting the transformation rate of CO_2.fluidized bed gasifier;foundry coke;coalite;CO yield
