用于电动助力转向系统的控制逻辑电路

摘    要:为在电动助力转向系统中实现对电机有效的控制与保护,介绍一种用于电动助力转向系统的控制逻辑电路.电路采用两组场效应管(VMOS管)作为功率开关器件,并组合门电路与正反转控制电路可方便、可靠地实现对功率开关的控制,解决正、反向开关的“错位”问题.采用脉宽调制电路和过电流保护电路,通过调整输出扭矩可达到理想的助力效果并防止电机损坏.并对该电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明该电路简单、可靠、可行.

Abstract:To control and protect the electric motor effectively in the electric power-assisted steering system, a logic control circuit is introduced. The circuit uses two groups of VMOS as power switches. By combining gate circuit with positive and negative controlling circuits, it can expediently and reliably control the power switches, and solve the problem of staggering of the positive and negative switches. To obtain optimum electric power-assisted effect and protect the electric motor, PWM(pulse width modulate) circuit is used to modulate the output moment of the electric motor. At last this circuit and over-current protecting circuit are simulated. The result indicates that the circuit is simple, reliable, and practicable.
