摘    要:介绍了激光平地系统的工作原理,开发了一套较低成本的激光平地系统.该系统由接收器、控制器、液压系统和平地铲等部分组成,其中接收器采用了双重滤光技术,控制器应用了模糊控制算法,液压系统采用齿轮泵作为动力输出的方式.配套国产JP300型激光发射器,分别进行了水平田面和坡式田面的平地试验.试验表明:设计研发的系统工作稳定,精度高.水平田面和坡式田面标准差Sd由平地前的13.96和21.7 cm分别降低至1.01和0.69 cm,满足畦灌系统Sd<2 cm的需要.农田平整度分布情况改善良好,作业后绝对差值小于2 cm,测点累计百分数分别达到96%和97.6%.
