等压出油阀的应用研究

摘    要:随着车用柴油机向高压喷射发展,传统的等容出油阀由于高速时易产生二次喷射、低速易产生不稳定喷射以及高压腔易产生穴蚀等,已很难适应车用柴油机的需要等压出油阀通过内部的卸压阀实现卸压,可保证高压油路卸压后的残余压力基本恒定,完全避免了等容出油阀的上述缺点本文就等压出油阀与等容出油阀在结构、原理、性能等方面进行了分析对比,并对等压出油阀的结构参数对燃油系统性能的影响进行了对比试验,探讨了等压出油阀与燃油系统和柴油机性能的匹配问题及解决方案

Abstract:With the development of high-pressure injection in fuel supply system of diesel engine, the traditional constant volume valve (CVV) is more difficult to meet it, because it is liable to produce multi-time sprays at high speed, unstable spray at low speed and vacuum in high-pressure pipes. In a constant pressure valve (CPV) a relief valve can keep resident pressure at a constant preset value, so it can avoid the disadvantages of CVV above. The differences of CVV and CPV in structure and performance are discussed and compared. The operation and supply characteristics of CPV are dealt with. The influences of some structure parameters on CPV performance are discussed and verified by experiments. Some suggestions are put forward on how to make CPV match with the characteristics of diesel engines.
