摘    要:选取黄豆为生物质氮磷源,以水溶性钛化合物为钛源,经过酸洗、水溶性钛化合物浸泡、梯度干燥和500℃烧结,得到氮磷掺杂二氧化钛.通过X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪分析所得样品的结构和成分,表明其为单相锐钛矿结构的二氧化钛,且黄豆本身所含的氮、磷元素自掺杂到晶格中;UV-Vis吸收光谱显示,与未掺杂二氧化钛相比,氮磷掺杂二...

Abstract:Soybeans and water-soluble titanium complexes are selected as biogenic nitrogen and phosphorus sources respectively to synthesize biogenic nitrogen and phosphorus self-doped TiO2.X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are conducted to characterize the structure and composition of the samples,which show that they possess single anatase phase,and that nitrogen and phosphorus contained in original soybeans are self-doped into the lattice.UV-Vis spectroscopy displays that N-P-doped TiO2 exhibits...
