| 摘 要： | 本文就功率晶体管(Power Transistor简称PT)斩波器用于串激直流电动机调速,对其基本原理、电路结构、主电路波形作了理论分析和试验研究,说明将PT用于斩波器调速领域是可行的。并对用于调速技术的PT器件的耐压极限得到可靠的结论,可供设计斩波调速时参考。
