基于递推动力学的汽车悬架实时仿真模型

摘    要:针对车辆动力学实时仿真的要求,面向悬架具体结构,应用递推动力学方法,建立了悬架系统模型.模型由于铰链相对坐标的引入,减少了需求解的方程数目,提高了求解效率,使模型既能面向悬架具体结构,又能够满足车辆动力学实时仿真的需要.基于这种建模方法建立了国产某轿车的麦弗逊式悬架模型,并进行仿真,其结果与道路试验及ADAMS仿真结果有较好的一致性,验证了模型的精度.

Abstract:A method based on recursive dynamics is proposed to build a suspension system model for the real-time vehicle dynamic simulation. Using the relative joint coordinates the numbers of system equations are decreased and the model solving efficiency is improved. Comparing to traditional multi-body model, the suspension model based on recursive dynamics can orient suspension structure, and meet the requirement of real-time vehicle dynamic simulation. Based on this method, a Macpherson strut suspension model is created for a homemade car. The simulation results agree well with that of road test and ADAMS simulation.
