| 摘 要： | 分析了成组技术在社会主义国家发展不快的原因,指出实施成组技术必须与人们的传统观念、习惯势力作斗争,必须与企业的体制改革相结合,建立适应成组技术的企业体制,加快成组技术的开发应用,并提出了具体意见。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the reasons for less rapid development of GT in the socialist countries, pointing out the implementation of GT in the struggle against the traditional ideas and force of habit of the people, in combination with reform of enterprise system, establishment of the enterprise system adpating GT in the promotion of the development and application of GT during the course of deepening reform of the system. Finally some specific suggestions are put forward. |
