纯电动客车电动助力转向系统控制器开发

摘    要:分析了纯电动客车装用液压助力转向系统的缺点,介绍了电动助力转向系统的组成、工作原理。开发了基于DSP56F8346芯片为控制核心的电动助力转向系统控制器,该控制器包括逻辑电路模块和功率驱动电路模块两部分。重点介绍了功率驱动电路和驱动信号分配电路的设计。设计的控制器具有高速数据处理能力和较高的控制精度,能满足纯电动客车电动助力转向系统采用复杂控制策略时对实时性的要求。

Abstract:The disadvantages of hydraulic power steering system installed on pure electric power bus were discussed.The structure and working principle of electric power steering system were introduced.The electric control unit based on the DSP56F8346 chip of electric power steering system was developed,which consists of two modules that are logic driver circuit module and power driver circuit module.The design of the power driver module and distributive circuit of driver signals were discussed in detail.The electric control unit has high-speed data processing ability and high control precision,and can meet the requirement of real-time control for the electric power steering system adopting complicated control strategies.
