基于AMESim的EPS系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:通过对EPS系统的研究,建立了系统主要模块的数学模型,并基于AMESim软件平台构建了EPS系统的仿真模型.在Matlab Simulink中设计了控制器模型,进行了联合仿真.对电机使用"传统PI 速度负反馈"控制,可以动态改变EPS系统的阻尼,减小车辆行驶过程中转向盘摆振,兼顾转向的轻便性与稳定性.通过计算结果分析,可以明确EPS系统的关键参数对EPS系统动态性能的影响,为EPS的设计与匹配提供依据.

Abstract:The mathematical models of the EPS primary module were built through studying the system. The software named AMESim was used to establish simulation model of EPS system and the controller model was constructed in Matlab Simulink, which was employed to the coupling of the simulation. The traditional proportional integral and speed negative feedback control of motor were applied to EPS system with variable damp. Shimmy of steering wheel could be reduced. Controllability and stability of steering system were both given attention. From the analysis results it is concluded that dynamic characteristics of EPS system are influenced by key parameters of EPS system. Suggestions for design and matching of EPS are provided from analysis of the simulation results.
