摘    要:针对复杂坡道行驶工况下装有无级变速器车辆动力性和经济性现有控制策略无法实现油耗最低的问题,在分析该工况动力性和经济性的需求基础上,提出了最佳匹配线控制策略,并结合发动机台架试验,建立了Matlab/Simulink整车模型.通过大量的仿真试验确定了不同坡道工况下各种传动比所对应的燃油消耗,与动力性进行合理匹配获取最佳匹配线,确定最佳传动比的控制目标.典型工况的仿真结果表明,最佳匹配线控制能够给出传动比的精确目标控制量,实现了所要求的最佳匹配.

Abstract:To solve the problem that the existing control strategy of CVT vehicles can not guarantee the lowest fuel consumption when driving at slope-road,and based on the analysis of power performance and economical efficiency,the optimal matching line control strategy was proposed.Based on the bench test of engine,the whole vehicle model was established in Matlab/Simulink.A large number of simulation experimentswere carried out,and fuel consumptions at different transmission ratios under various slope-roadcondition...
