| 摘 要： | 江泽民同导“以德治国”重要思想的提出,是在新时期,根据马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的指导和现实生活发展的需要提出的。《公民道德建设实施纲要》的制定颁布,是全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的重大举措。高校是社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地,要采取有效措施,大力加强社会主义道德建设。

| Abstract: | The importment thought of "ruling the county by morality "by Jiang Zemin is introduced under the
guide of Mazcim and Leinism , the Thought of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping Theory and the need of current life.
The publishing of "The Importment Outline of Civil Morality Construction"is a great step to carry out the thought of
Three Representatives . Colleges and universities are main fields to construct socialist morality, so it should take
efficient measures to strengthen the construction of socialist morality there. |
