| 摘 要： | 在共同推进我国社会主义现代化建设的过程中,提高劳动生产率与扩大劳动就业之间存在着对立统一的关系,并且两者对我国经济可持续发展与全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会同样重要。要从我国的实际情况出发,采取相应的对策和措施,解决好两者之间的矛盾,实现两者的良性循环。
