| 摘 要： | 温度是轧制过程中的重要参数,采用常规方式难以测得板料内部温度。本文利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了中厚板轧制前板料冷却过程的有限元模型,模型参数化构建,适用范围广。利用模型对一特定尺寸材质为16Mn的板料的冷却过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与工程实测结果相符合。

| Abstract: | Temperature is an important parameter in the rolling process.It's difficult to get the inner temperature of the slab.A FEM model of the slab cooling process was created based on ANSYS.The model was set up parameterized.For a certain size slab with 16Mn,a numerical simulation of the cooling process was made,The simulation result is well fit the measured data. |
