环流式旋风分离器用于超细颗粒分级的实验研究

摘    要:将新型环流式旋风分离器用于超细颗粒的分级,根据分离器有内筒的特点,在其内筒加装角度为20度导流板,来分化粗细颗粒的流动特性,用于分级。试验证明,在不同风速的情况下,具有不同的颗粒分级效果,在13.2 m/s的较低风速下,有导流板的分离器使需要产品的含量由53.1%提高到88.7%,取得了较好的分级效果。

Abstract:A new classification method was provided,it bases on a new type of dust separator.Circumfluent cyclone has a internal cylinder,a inducing sheet was equipped in the internal cylinder.It has a skew angle of 20 degrees,which can adjust the direction of gas and solid particles,also strengthen the classification effect of the equipment.Experimental date demonstrate that effects of classification are different at different gas velocity.The volume percent of product reached 92.7% from 53.1% at gas velocity of 13.2 m/s.This is an ideal result.
