基于真有效值算法的电压测量仪表的方案设计

摘    要:为了实现对非正弦交流电压信号有效值的精密测量,并使之不受被测波形的限制,采用真有效值(TRMS)转换技术,利用专用高性能真有效值TRMS AC/DC转换芯片AD536,结合高精度AD转换芯片ICL7135,利用51单片机定时器和中断功能,给出一种实用的、准确度高的真有效值测量仪表设计方案。实践证明,该仪表实现了0.5级表的设计要求,可以准确、实时地测量各种波形的有效值电压或电平。

Abstract:In order to accurately measure non-sinusoidal AC voltage RMS,and not restricting the measured waveform.In this paper,using TRMS conversion technology,and using special high-performance true RMS AC/DC conversion chip AD536 and high accuracy AD conversion chip ICL7135,and also use of timer and interrupt functions of 51 MCU,it presents a practical,accurate measurement of true RMS instrument design.Practice has proved that the instrument can achieve 0.5 form of design requirements.It can be accurate,real-time to measure of various waveform RMS voltage.
