| 摘 要： | 我国失业产生的原因主要有体制改革使隐性失业呈显性化，各产业劳动力需求结构发生变化，资本密集程度提高，导致结构性失业。解决失业的措施主要有推行弹性工时制，实行教育改革，发展劳动密集型产业，发展第三产业，发展中小企业。

| Abstract: | The article maintained that the main causes of our unemployment is that hidden unemployment was becoming apparent, changes in the structure of the demand for labor in various industries, capital-intensive improvement and structural unemployment.The major measures to solve the unemployment are flexible working hours, education reforms, the development of labor-intensive industries, the development of the tertiary industry, small and medium-sized enterprises. |
