| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the present situation of patent job in the near 20 years in universities and colleges, the author has pointed out that we should clearly recognize the existed problems and shortcomings in patent job as well as continuously improving the consciousness of patent job and strengthening it. Some working strategies in patent job have been put forward here as well. |
