| 摘 要： | 利用Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ泛函方法分析了具有滞后的Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ连续神经网络系统的稳定性，得到了如下结论：对于具有滞后的Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ连续神经网络，当权矩阵的二范数与增益之积小于１时，系统的平衡点是唯一的全局渐近稳定的，此结论推广了Ｍａｒｃｕｓ的结论。
