| Abstract: | The organic pollutant genotoxities of upper-, mid-and lower sections of theHuangpu River were tested by using SOS chromotest. It showed that all sectionsof the river were contaminated by organic genotoxins up to a certain extent. Theresults obtained with the SOS chromotest were confirmed by other tests usingchromotagraphy and mass spectrography and biotest systems including SCE, celltransformation, etc. |
