| 摘 要： | 制备了N，N-二丁基苯胺（Ⅰ）、对二丁氨基苯甲醛（Ⅱ）和间二丁氨基苯甲酸甲酯（Ⅲ）．在浓盐酸、二甲基亚砜和尿素混合溶液中反应，N，V-二丁基苯胺（Ⅰ）、对二丁氨基苯甲醛（Ⅱ）和间二丁氨基苯甲酸甲酯（Ⅲ）与尿素的摩尔比为1．1：1：1：1，氮气保护，反应温度为90℃，反应时间为7h，可以实现油溶性丁基取代无色结晶紫内酯（LBCVL）的合成，收率为53％，纯度可达94．27％，产品常温下呈液态，熔点为-22℃．经溶解试验证实，所制备的丁基取代无色结晶紫内酯LBCVL具有优良的油溶性．

| Abstract: | N,N-Bu_2NC_6H_5(),p-Bu_2NC_6H_4CHO() and m-Bu_2NC_6H_4COOCH_3() were prepared.And leuco butyl crystal violet lactone (LBCVL) was obtained from the above three compounds at 90 for 7 h in presence of hydrochloric acid,urea and DMSO in the nitrogen atmosphere with 53% yield of LBCVL,m.p.-22 .The result of the solubility test of LBCVL showed that the compound can dissolve in many organic solvents. |
