松江鲈鱼(Trachidermus fasciatus)不同组织同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对松江鲈鱼(Trachidermus fasciatus)的7种组织进行了6种同工酶的电泳研究,并对各种酶的同工酶位点及酶谱表型进行了分析。结果表明,松江鲈鱼的同工酶系统具有明显的组织特异性;与四大家鱼相比,松江鲈鱼同工酶表现为总体特征简单化,这可能和松江鲈鱼濒危的现状有关;设想鳍可作为松江鲈鱼非损伤性同工酶检测的材料。

Abstract:By the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,six isozymes from seven different tissues of Trachidermus fasciatuswere studied. The loci and phenotypes of the isozymes were also analyzed. The results showed that all isozymes presented tissue specificity. Fins can be used as the suitable material to do non-invasive isozyme andysis. Compared with black carp, grass carp, silver carp and bighead carp, the isozymes pattern in Trachidermus fasciatus was simple. It was possibly reated to its status in severe danger. It was suggested that isozymic examination of Trachidermus fasciatus hade the potentiality to be applicable for conservation of germplasm in Trachidermus fas-ciatus.
