E-business环境下的特许经营便利店收益分配研究

摘    要:特许经营便利店和电子商务的结合,为供应商、特许经营便利店、网络运营商提供一种全新联盟模式,有效解决了电子商务中物流配送问题.首先设计了电子商务环境下的供应链,并在此基础上阐明了联盟对合作方的优势,最后重点研究了三种在总店和门店之间分配代销服务费的模式,比较得出相对最优的分配模式.

Abstract:The combination of franchising store and e-business is a new model of alliance among suppliers,franchising stores and operator of web.This can effectively solve the logistical problem.Firstly,a frame of the supply chain under this e-business is designed,and then it illustrates the advantages of this alliance to the three copartners within the chain,presents three kinds of sharing service fee of selling goods ordered on-line between the franchisor and franchisee.Finally,it concludes the most appropriate revenue sharing model by comparison.
