亚硝酸对微囊藻毒素-LR的降解动力学

摘    要:首次观测到亚硝酸(HNO2)对微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)具有降解作用.研究结果表明:在NaNO2存在且溶液为酸性条件下MC-LR被显著降解,而在中性或碱性条件下,MC-LR无显著降解.降解速率随溶液pH值的降低而增加,但与NaNO2浓度无线性相关.在pH为1.73,NaNO2浓度为5 mmol/L,MC-LR浓度为...

Abstract:For the first time,the degradation of MC-LR by nitrous acid was studied.Degradation of MC-LR was obvious in the present of sodium nitrite under acidic conditions and no degradation was observed under neutral and alkaline conditions or in the absence of sodium nitrite.The degradation rate increased when the pH value decreased,but did not change positively with the NaNO2 concentration.Results showed that 94.89%of MC-LR was removed within 5h under optimum initial condition of 5mmol/L sodium nitrite,pH 1.73,and...
