黄芪和丹参清除自由基能力的研究

摘    要:用电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术分别检测黄芪、丹参生药提取液对超氧阴离子自由基和脂质自由基的清除能力,结果显示一定含量的黄芪和丹参对超氧阴离子自由基和脂质自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,其中黄芪对脂质自由基的清除作用大于丹参,丹参对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力强于黄芪。

Abstract:The free radical scavenging ability of Astragalus Membranaceus and Salvia Miltiorrhiza on superoxide anion and lipid radical was investigated by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR).It was found that at certain concentration Astragalus Membranaceus and Salvia Miltiorrhiza has good scavenging effect on superoxide anion and lipid radical. However, Astragalus Membranaceus shows better lipid radical-scavenging ability but lower superoxide anion-scavenging ability than Salvia Miltiorrhiza.
