Fe/有机改性膨润土三元复合物还原降解十氯联苯的研究

摘    要:以膨润土为载体还原制得Fe/膨润土复合物(BZVI),采用3种有机阳离子改性剂四甲基溴化铵(TMA)、苯基三甲基溴化铵(PTMA)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDPTMA)分别对BZVI进行有机改性,得到Fe/有机改性膨润土三元复合物.总有机碳(TOC)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、激光粒度(LPSA)等分析结果表明,经有机改性后,Fe/有机改性膨润土三元复合物中零价铁的负载量减少,同时三元复合物的粒径减小、比表面积增大.采用Fe/有机改性膨润土三元复合物还原降解四氢呋喃水溶液中的十氯联苯(PCB209),研究结果表明:溶液pH为5,温度35℃,三元复合物投加量为20mg/mL,反应时间为18h时,PCB209的还原降解率达到61%.

Abstract:Bentonite supported zero valent iron(BZVI) was synthesized using reductive reactior.Three organic cations,i.e.tetraalkylammonium(TMA),phenyltrimethylammonium(PTMA),hexadecyltrimethylammonium(HDTMA) were used as modifier to further prepare organo-bentonite supported zero valent iron(three components complex).Total Organic Carbon(TOC),atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),laser particle size analyzer (LPSA) were used to characterize the material.The results shown that after organic modification the ZVI content in the complex and the particle size of the complex reduced while specific surface area increased.The complex was evaluated for degradation of PCB209 in tetrahydrofuran water solution.When solution pH =5,temperature at 35 ℃,the concentration of the complex was 20 mg/mL,61 % of PCB209 can be degraded after reaction with the complex for 18h,
