滇西北8个民族群体面貌特征观察的聚类分析

滇西北怒江州、迪庆州等地是氐羌民族南迁的集散地。对当地独龙族、怒族、普米族、（拉玛）白族、福贡和维西的僳僳族、（康巴）藏族、纳西族等8个群体的面形、眼、鼻、唇、耳等5大类24项观察性特征进行了描述，以此计算了各群体间的遗传距离，与已报道的数据进行了聚类分析。发现滇西北氐羌群体面貌较一致，而其他地区的氐羌群体则不可避免地与别类群体进行过遗传交流，导致面貌趋近于外族。僳僳族和白族在迁徒中族内血统产生了很大的差异。就近居住的群体之间遗传交流往往是不可避免而且可观的。

Expression of Human RP2 Gene in Drosophila Embryo Cells in vitro

Nujiang Prefecture and Diqing Prefecture in northwest Yunnan are on the path of Di-Qiang nationalities' migration to south. The somatoscopy data were collected in 8 populations in these two prefectures. They are Drung, Nusu, Pumi ,Bai (Nama), Lisu of Fugong County and Weixi County, Tibetan (Khamba) and Naxi. Overall 24 fea- tures of face shape, eye, nose, lip and ear are measured and used to calculate the genetic distances between the popula- tions. These data,in combination with the data reported in the literature,were used in cluster analysis. It is found that the facial features of Di-Qiang populations of northwest Yunnan are fairly similar, while those of Di-Qiang populations of the other groups, implying the places of Yunnan were identifiable to populations of other presence of gene flow be- tween Di-Qiang populations and the others in vicinity. The differentiation between Lisu and Bai was significant. More interestingly,the populations of the same nationality may differ from each other but may cluster with their neighboring populations, respectively, suggesting the presence of local gene flow.
