摘    要:用硅沸石填充的硅橡胶膜对乙酸乙酯-水进行渗透蒸发分离,考虑了沸石填充量对膜分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,用硅沸石填充的硅橡胶膜处理浓度的乙酸乙酯水溶液,能迅速地降低溶液中乙酸乙酯的浓度,得到高浓度的乙酸乙酯渗透液。

Abstract:The ethyl acetate-water system has been separated by pervaporation using zeolitesilicalite-1 filled PDMS membrane, The effect of zeolite content in the silicone rubber membrane was studied. The results show that using the membrane to treat low concentrationethyl acetate-water solution can quickly reduce the content of ethyl acetate in solution andobtain a permeate with high content of ethyl acetate. It shows that zeolite silicalite-1 filledPDMS membrane has a very high selectivity on removing ester from waste water and recovering it. The fact indicates that pervaporation by the membrane will have a widely use in energy-saving and environmental protection.
