摘    要:在对影响表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)谱稳定性的各种因素进行分析评述的基础上,重点研究了Ag/KCl/六氢吡啶体系中氯离子浓度、电极电位等因素的影响。结果表明,氯离子浓度、电极电位均有较明显的影响,并有一最合宜的数值;同时,激光照射和溶液中氧对稳定性的影响在两者共同作用时尤为明显。

Abstract:Factors which may affect the stability of SERS, especially the influence of chlo-ride ion concentration and electrode potential in the Ag/KCl/Piperidine system havebeen investigated. It was found that the larger the concentration of Cl~- the better thestability of SERS in the KCl solution and the most stable SERS was obtained when theconcentration ratio of Cl~-/piperidine is about 6. A considerable irreversible decay ofRaman intensities is caused by the conjunct action of laser irradiation together withoxygen in solution.
