氟利昂—12的常压DBD降解

摘    要:利用介质阻挡放电(DBD)在常压下产生非平衡态等离子体,实现了气态CF2C12(氟利昂-12)的常压降解。降解产物主要用GC,FT-IR分析。在(CF2C12)=3.3%的1个标准大气压的空气中,放电10s的条件下可以使CF2C12达到较高的降解率(85%)。其主要的降解产物为CF2O,C12及少量的COC1F和CF4等,并讨论了产物的生成途径以及不同的外加气体,输入功率对CF2C12常压降解的影

Abstract:The CF2Cl2 (CFC-l2) vapor was atmospherically degraded in non-equilibrium plasma engendered by dielectric barrier discharge. The degradation products were analyzed mainly by GC and FT-IR- In the air con-tained about 3. 3% CF2Cl2,after 10 s discharge under 0. 1 MPa,about 85% of CF2Cl2 was degraded. The main products were CF2O,Cl2,COClF and CF4 etc. The react channel of products,the effects of alien gases and input power on degradation of CF2Cl2 atmospherically by dielectric barrier discharge have been discussed.
