分子筛固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶的制备

摘    要:以改性分子筛作为固定化酶的载体,用固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶生产葡萄糖。一种新的基于多次吸附多次戊二醛交联的固定化方法增加了固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶的稳定性,另讨论了该方法的机理。制备的固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶在柱反应器中水解淀粉连续使用22d,产物DE值维持在95左右基本保持不变。

Abstract:The modified molecular sieve were taken as support for the immobilization of glucoamylase (E. C. 3.2. 1. 3) to produce glucose. A new immobilization technique based on multiple times adsorbing and cross-linking was developed to improve the stability of the immobilized enzyme and the mechanism of immobilization was discussed. The immobilized enzyme prepared via this technique continuously hydrolyzes starch in a column reacter for 20 days keeping DE value about 95.
