全球学习效应:跨国公司行为新解释

摘    要:以全球学习理论对跨国公司海外投资和竞争优势来源提出新的解释。全球学习是跨国公司应对复杂动态国际竞争环境作出的行为上的改变,这种改变可以通过其遍布全球的海外单位角色的转变得以显现。从全球各个区位获取知识,并实现在整个公司的传递和分享,是跨国公司这一组织形式所具有的优势,并可促进跨国公司的知识创新,以提高国际竞争优势。

Abstract:A new approach is that the oversea investments of the multinational enterprises(MNE) and its competitive advantages could be explained by global learning theory. Global learning is adjustment on conduct by the MNE that meets complicated dynamic international competitive environment. This adjustment is manifested through transforming the role of the subsidiaries that spread all over the world. It is the advantage of MNE that acquire knowledge from different locations of the world and transfer and share knowledge in whole company. This mechanism may promote the knowledge innovation of MNE and improve its international competitive advantage.
