| 摘 要： | 报道了在最小的有机胺--甲胺和水的蒸汽相中,多孔玻璃粉自转晶为含硼CF-2沸石.
XRD、11B MAS NMR、SEM表征结果证明合成的CF-2沸石结晶度高且无杂晶,硼原子基本上都已进入了沸石骨架.
扫描电镜照片还显示,合成的CF-2沸石中既有单个晶体,也有由许多单个晶体构成的扫帚形聚集体.
单个晶体呈长条形,高、宽为0.30～1.1 μm,长为1.1～22 μm.

| Abstract: | The B-containing zeolite CF-2 has been prepared by self-transformation of porous glass granules in a vapor phase of the smallest organic amine molecules of methylamine and water. XRD, 11B MAS NMR and SEM characterization results show that the synthesized CF-2 has a high crystallinity and free from impurities, and the B atoms have been entirely incorporated into the framework. SEM photographs show that some of the crystals are separate and others are aggregates. The separate crystals are rectangular rod-shaped. Some of the aggregates are broom-shaped made of many rectangular rod-shaped crystals. The widths of separate crystals are about 0.30-1.1 μm, the lengths of separate crystals are about 1.1-22 μm. |
