渗透胁迫下野生大豆游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的变化

摘    要:用聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)在室内模拟干旱条件,对抗旱性不同的11个野生大豆材料在苗期进行渗透胁迫。在不同胁迫程度下,水分变化、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖的积累表现也较突出。这2种渗透物质的积累与一年生野生大豆的生育期有关密切的关系,生育期越晚,积累越多。

Abstract:Eleven materials of annual wild soybean with different drought tolerances were osmotically stressed by the use polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000). The results showed that the condense of water and the accumulations of free pro- line and soluble sugar in leaf tissues were directly related to different levels of osmotic stress. The accumulations of free proline and soluble sugar were closed related to the developmental stage of annual wild soybean. The accumulation in older plants were more than those in younger plants.
