摘    要:用顺序扫描等离子体光谱法测定了人骨中十种元素的含量。人骨试样用HNO_3-HClO_4湿法消解后,用非基体匹配标准溶液进行直接测定,采用在适当波长处扣除背景的办法进行光谱干扰的校正。结果表明,在恶性肿瘤骨和自身对照骨中这些元素的含量有显著差别。

Abstract:A method for determination of Ca, Mg, Ba, Sr, P, B, Cu, K, Zn and Fe inhuman bone with a sequential ICP spectrometer has been developed. The bone samplewas digested with mixed nitric and perchloric acids. Spectral interferences have beeninvestigated with system's "Acquire Scan Data" software. With background correctionfor analytical lines, spectral interferences were eliminated. Results showed that thereis obvious difference between malignant osteoma and normal bone.
