摘    要:提出了一种具有双缺陷态特性的一维光子晶体结构,用左手介质作缺陷态材料,并且用光学传输矩阵法分析了这种结构的传输特性.仿真结果表明,在这种光子晶体的光子禁带上会出现两个极窄的穿透窗口,而禁带内的频段几乎无法通过,通过改变晶体的膜层周期数,该窗口频段的透射率最高可以超过98.6%.同时,该结构的透射率可以通过改变介质层周期数和负折射率值大小而调节.这种结构的光子晶体非常适合制作双频段的超窄带滤波器,并且有望在未来高速光通讯中得到应用.

Abstract:It is presented a structure of 1-D photonic crystal with two defects.Taking the left hand material as structural defect layer and analyzing the band-gap with transfer matrix method,it is found that the structure investigated can be considered as a Two-Band optical filter.By tuning the number of the layers,the ideal transmission rate in the passing band is as higher as 98.6%,while in the band-gap is lower than 0.01%.And the transmission rate can be adjusted by adopting the proper number of cycle and negative...
