两歧双歧杆菌培养基成分的改进

摘    要:根据双歧杆菌的特殊生长要求及培养基的设计原则,在比较30余种现有双歧杆菌与乳酸菌培养在的基础上,设计了BIB培养基,并通过选择BIB中最适蛋白胨品种及增加适量泡菜汁,改进BIB为BIB-1。结果表明;每毫升BIB-1,培养基培养两歧双歧杆菌ATCC29521所得的最高活菌数约为其他培养基的10-30倍。

Abstract:By comparing and analyzing over thirty media used for culturing nofodpnacteroa and lactic acid bacteria, we have designed a new medium named as BIB. Six different peptones (Peptone, Tryptone, Casein Peptone, Proteose Peptone, Phytone, Polypeptone ) were tested in order to compare their effects on the growth of Bifidobacterium bifidum, ATCC29521. The results are that Tryptone is the best one due to its components including free asparagine, glutamic acid,ornithine and citruline. Then we tested the pickle juice and found that it promoted the growth of B. bifidum. So we added the pickle juice in the medium BIB and named the new medium as BIB-1. It has been proved that cfu /ml of B. Bifidum in BIB-1 is 10-30 times as many as that in media LAB,VL or MRS.
