钯碳催化剂在硝基还原和碳碳双键加氢反应中的应用

摘    要:对常温常压下钯碳催化剂在精细有机合成中的硝基还原和碳碳双键加氢两大类加氢反应进行了初步的探索,2-氯-6-硝基甲苯在钯碳催化剂存在下催化还原,除目的产物外,不生成脱氯副产物。这是一个连串反应,控制反应条件可获得较高的反应选择性。

Abstract:The catalytic hydrogenation of nitro-group and carbon-carbon double bond using Pd/C catalysts for the synthesis of organic chemicals have been explored preliminarily at room temperature and under atmospheric pressure. With dechlorination by-product, 2-chloro-6-nitrotoluene is reduced to desired product. The hydrogenation is a series reaction and high selectivities could be obtained by controlling reaction conditions properly. In the hydrogenation of simple aromatic nitro-compounds, such as nitrobenzene,p-nitrotoluene and onitrophenol, the catalysts give high activity and selectivity. For hydrogenation of carbon-carbon double bonds Pd/C catalysts also show fairly good catalytic activity. The hydrogenation of safrole took place readily without side reaction. In the case of avermectin, the catalysts show better selectivity than those in literature.
