| Abstract: | The transformation of economic development mode and the profound changes of social development requires the newly-established colleges to re-interpret the rationality of its mission to promote education and teaching reform.The college can be established as the students＇ homeland for spirit and soul through emancipating our minds,constructing discipline,advocating practicality,serving for the local economy,aiming to sever the local ecomomy,outstanding the characteristics and cultivating excellent talents. |
