| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活和工作节奏的加快，许多入面临的心理问题远远超过了生理疾病的威胁．而图书馆的阅读疗法在一定程度上能使读者的心理困扰和心理障碍得到化解，从而达到调适读者心理，提高读者心理健康水平的目的．图书馆开展阅读疗法服务具备得天独厚的优势．发挥好这些优势，采取积极有效的措施，将会使阅读疗法在图书馆的信息教育和信息服务中具有越来越强的生命力．

| Abstract: | With the development of society and competition, speeding rhythm for work and life brings more psychological threatening than physical ones to people. The reading therapy in the library, to some extent, is to reconcile the readers＇ mental troubles, adopt the readers＇ psychology and improve their mental health. The library has its advantage to carry out the reading therapy and the therapy is to flourish in the library. |
