| 摘 要： | 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对云南某师范学院大学生进行调查,探析“90”后大学生心理健康状况,以便能够有效地进行心理健康教育和临床心理干预.调查结果表明,“90”后大学生心理健康水平低于全国青年,其中强迫、抑郁、人际关系尤为突出;女生、文科类学生心理健康水平偏低;大二、大三学生心理健康水平偏低;与以往研究有所不同的是城市户口学生和独生子女心理健康水平偏低.

| Abstract: | The mental health status of the ＂post -90s＂ students at one Normal University in Yunnan is surveyed with the Symptom Checklist （SCL -90） to effectively conduct mental health education and psychological intervention. The results show that the mental health level of the ＂post - 90s＂ students is below the National Youth College Students, whose stress, depression, and interpersonal relation are particularly promi- nent; that girl students＇ and liberal arts students＇ mental health level is low; that sophomore and junior students＇ mental health level is low; and that the mental health level of urban households and one -child is low. |
