摘    要:运用DEA与Malmquist指数相结合的方法,以能源、劳动力、资本作为投入指标,以GDP作为产出指标,测算了2000-2011年间我国全要素能源效率变动及其构成情况.结果表明:我国东、中、西部地区全要素能源效率整体上在提高,且主要源于技术进步的推动,而技术效率的作用有待加强.在实证分析的基础上,提出了推进能源技术研发、深化能源体制改革、优化能源结构、调整产业结构等四点有助于提高我国能源效率水平的建议.

Analysis of China' s Regional Total Factor Energy Efficiency Based on DEA-Malmquist Index Method

Abstract:Taking energy, labor and capital as the input indicators and using GDP as the output indicator, this paper, with a method combining the DEA and Malmquist Index, estimates China.' s total factor energy efficiency fluctuation and its composition from 2000 to 2011. The results show that the total factor energy efficiencies in China' s eastern, central and western regions are overall improving and it is mainly due to the technological progress. But the role of technology efficiency needs to be strengthened. On the basis of the empirical analysis, suggestions are put forward to improve China' s energy efficiency level.
