中国农村居民医疗消费区域差异探讨

在实现区域协调发展、转变经济增长方式的背景下,城乡居民医疗负担失衡、我国东中西部农村居民医疗消费差异明显。基于农村居民医疗消费的影响因素分析,以东中西部农村家庭人均纯收入的自然对数、财政卫生支出的自然对数和文盲率的自然对数为自变量,以农民人均医疗卫生支出为因变量的平行数据固定影响变系数模型,经分析发现东中西部农民收入差异、财政卫生支出差异以及农村居民受教育水平的高低均为导致区域差异的主要原因。

On Regional Differences in Medical Consumption of China＇ s Rural Residents

In the background of achieving the goals of regional coordinated development and the transformation of economic growth, the imbalance between urban and rural residents in medical care burden, and the differences between eastern, middle and western rural residents＇ medical consumption are significant. Based on the factor analysis of rural residents＇ medical consumption, we establish a variable coefficient model with parallel data and fixed impact, using the natural logarithm of households＇ average net income, financial health expenditure and illiteracy rate as independent variables, and farmers＇ average financial health expenditure as the dependent var- iable. It is indicated that the differences in farmers＇ income, financial health expenditures and the level of education are major causes of regional differences in rural residents＇ medical consumption.
