| 摘 要： | 社会稳定是党和政府长期不懈的奋斗目标,也是中国社会发展、人民幸福的重要保证。而近年来网络舆情事件频发,对我国社会的稳定与和谐构成了严峻的挑战。就南京打医事件为例,对网络舆情事件频发的原因进行反思,并提出针对网络舆情事件,政府应第一时间做出反应,掌握舆论主动权;发挥政府门户网站和主流媒体优势,主动设置舆情议程;倾听公众利益诉求,建设和谐社会氛围。

| Abstract: | The internet public opinion events happen frequently in recent years, which poses as a serious challenge to our country＇ s so- cial stability and harmony. Taking the beating doctors event in Nanjing as an example, this paper reflects the causes of the frequent oc- currence of internet public opinion events and puts forward some effective eountermeasures. |
