当代高校作为高等教育开放系统的一个子系统,需要与社会各系统、各领域开展良好的外部公共关系,取得各界公众的理解、关心、支持与合作,为高校的生存和发展创造最佳的外部环境和条件。高校必须与一些影响其长远发展的外部公众构筑紧密畅通的关系网络和友好互助的合作关系,如各级政府和教育行政部门、新闻媒体、企业界、校友等,这是当代高校生存和发展的必要条件和保障。

On the Outside Public Relations of Contemporary College

The contemporary college,which is a subordinate system of the opening higher education system,needs to develop the favorable outside public relations,receive the comprehension,care,aegis and cooperation,build a perfect outside environment and condition for the existence and development of the college.The college must construct a tight and expedite public network,the friendly and interdependent symbiosis with some very important outside publics,such as governments and education administration departments,news and media,corporations,schoolfellows,all are the necessary conditions and guarantee of the existence and development of the contemporary college.
