| 摘 要： | 设计了区域高等教育实力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法对指标权重进行确定,构建了完整的区域高等教育实力评价指标体系.该评价体系作为测算区域间高等教育实力的工具可为高等教育区域间均衡发展,高等教育资源的合理流动提供一定的参考.

| Abstract: | The study designs an evaluation index system of regional higher education strength,fixes the evaluation index system factor’ s weight based on AHP,and builds a complete evaluation index system of regional higher education strength.This index system can quantitatively measure the regional higher education strength and provide reference for the government decision. |
