| 摘 要： | 通过对修水县耕地和基本农田现状进行分析研究,找出了规划修编中修水县耕地和基本农田存在的问题,并提出了修水县耕地和基本农田的保护措施,在减少显性和隐性耕地资源浪费的同时,通过土地开发整理、改善耕地生态环境、建立基本农田档案等措施加强对修水县耕地和基本农田数量与质量的保护.
