高校学生社团建设中的问题及对策研究

当前高校学生社团建设中存在着重视程度不够、指导力量不够、社团管理不健全、自身建设有待改善、场地和经费受到限制、法律意识和安全意识淡薄等问题,这严重影响社团应有作用的发挥。为促进社团健康发展,必须进一步加强对社团的领导,加大对社团的指导和扶持,创新社团的管理模式,完善社团的规章制度,加强社团学生干部队伍培训,树立品牌意识、提升社团的影响力。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasure in the Construction of College Student Association

There are many problems in the construction of college student association,such as the degree of recognition,absence of direction,irrational management,need of improvement on the construction,restriction of the ground and funds,weakness of legal and security consciousness,which affect the performance of their function seriously.In order to strengthen the construction of student association in colleges and universities,we must reinforce the leadership to student association,take measure to enlarge the direction and support to it,innovate the management model,improve the rules and regulation,enhance the training and set up a students' management group that has persistent thoughts and highlevel operation,and build up a brand and enlarge the influence of corporation.Only in this way can we promote the development of the students' association.
